IMPORTANT NOTE:  There will be scheduled games every week of the summer so the level of committment to play is much greater.  Please sign up only if your team is committed to attend, play, and communicate on the days when your team is not going to make it. 

COST:  $100 per person - includes 4 weeks of pool play, 6 weeks of league play, and 2 weeks of playoffs, finals night party, and weekly refreshments. 

LOCATION:  57th Street, Wyndham Hotel

FORMAT:  4 V 4 coed preferred but genderblind is acceptable

LEAGUE CONDITIONS:  There will be a maximum of 24 teams.  

SCHEDULE:  

Weeks 1-4 will be round robin play with a randomly generated pool of 6 teams each week. 

Teams will be sorted into divisions after the pool play rounds and a 6-week league schedule will be published.

At the conclusion of the 6-week schedule, there will be 2 weeks of double elimination playoffs with finals night at TVA

NOTES:

Sponsor opportunities available - goal is to raise $8,000 to help with league costs. Sponsorships at the $1,500 level and above will include a team registration in the league.

Registration opens April 1st, Play starts June 5th

Parking is allowed in the hotel lot but please use the back of the lot and save the closer spaces for hotel guests.

Bathrooms are available inside the Surf Club.
