Blevins 2024 Rules and Policies - PLEASE READ:

1. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given if the tournament is canceled. This is a fundraising event so the proceeds will be donated accordingly.

2.  Individuals or teams may get a refund if they have to cancel for any reason up to September 1st.  After that date, no refunds will be given.

3. UPDATED 9-15-2024: Teams are only allowed to have 5 players on their roster with a minimum of 2 female players.  Additional SUBS are not allowed!

4. The additional player on a roster must participate in pool play AND bracket play.

5. There are 3 divisions this year. Divisions may be combined if there aren't enough teams signed up.
   

6. All teams make the playoffs.

7. No Sandbagging.

8. The backup plan is to split the tournament into a 2-day event using TVA's facility in the event of bad weather.

9. Free agents can sign up but that does not guarantee a spot. If a team is looking for players, I will direct them to the free agent list.
